Kate says:

“It’s no wonder Michelle’s feeling bloated – a wheat heavy diet can make the tiniest of tums expand. I’d recommend eating oats or live yogurt for breakfast. And replacing red meat with fish or beans will help Michelle’s heart and cut back on calorie intake.”
